Karen Wiltgen works to help you understand how to leverage technology and automation to maximize your business goals. She helps you visualize the most effective ways to evolve your technology, reach for new opportunities and avoid any pitfalls along the way. She partners with all business owners, from entrepreneurs to CEOs, to define and implement your IT digital roadmap and operational improvement strategies.
With her global experience in IT services, IT strategy, operations, post mergers and acquisitions and technology implementation, Karen delivers the results that you have been searching for. Taking a pragmatic approach to IT management, Karen takes her work seriously and can deliver the quality results you expect.
Being able to tackle IT challenges is something Karen is passionate about and takes pride in. She is a driven leader of innovation and optimization. Before Starr Advisory Group, she was an owner at RSM and held senior IT positions with companies including ManpowerGroup, WhittmanHart and Deloitte. Her responsibilities included overseeing post-close IT Strategies (fit-for-purpose), technology delivery and implementation, integration for technology, fractional CIO and leadership coaching.
Not only a leading businesswoman, Karen is also a leader in her community. She serves on the Grant Committee for Women’s Impact Fund. She has been on the Development Committee and Finance Committee for Habitat for Humanity - Charlette Region.
Karen graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from St. Norbert College. She is a Six-Sigma Green Belt and has received leadership and coaching training from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. She is currently being certified in Positive Intelligence leadership coaching.
